Mr. Johnson is a seasoned business executive who brings his expertise in information systems, strategy, and operations together to help clients significantly improve business results . Mr. Johnson has more than 20 years executive experience in organizational effectiveness, business and software development process improvements, change management, and leadership coaching. He has worked with Fortune 100 firms as well as startups in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Often involved with new technologies, Mr. Johnson led the first successful delivery of custom book infrastructure (based on patented XML technology) for IDG Publishing. As Senior Operations Executive, he lead the development of the technology and organizational infrastructure necessary to support million-transaction capacity for an internet funds clearinghouse on a global scale. As VP of Engineering, he led teams that successfully launched multiple web-based service products.
His consulting is based on creating productive partnerships with high professional integrity, openness to new ideas, and goodwill that ensure his clients and team members are recognized for their contributions and successes.
Mr. Johnson, as a principal at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, led delivery of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-wide web solutions. As West Coast leader for Ernst &Young’s Change Management practice, he developed and led client engagements. At IBM in Europe, he pioneered new software development methods and user-centered design efforts.
Mr. Johnson holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University, and extensive accounting and financial coursework from Columbia University and the New York Institute of Finance.
