Background
We trace our history to Lou Allen, who wrote The Management Profession in 1964, receiving the Academy of Management-McKinsey Award for best management book that year. This landmark publication provided a seminal framework for understanding management effectiveness.
Although Mr. Allen retired in 1992 and is no longer associated with the Company, we have built on his legacy. We continue to develop world-class consulting and organization development tools and techniques.
