LEAP Performance Pte Ltd was established in July, 1998 by Dr Tan Jing Hee, to provide training, management education and consultancy in strategic and general management. LEAP is also the sole, authorized affiliate of Louis Allen Associates Inc. in Singapore. Louis Allen public seminars are conducted in Singapore through the Singapore Institute of Management. In Malaysia, they are offered through the Malaysian Institute of Management in Kuala Lumpur and in Penang.
