Raymond Burch, MA — United States

Ray Burch is Chairman of Louis Allen Worldwide. An international consultant, trainer, and author, he has over 25 years experience in consulting and training for a diverse clientele including business, government, military, and education. Ray's focus is strategy management, management team development, organization survey process, and consulting skills for internal staff.

Ray is an accomplished facilitator who designs and leads executive off-site meetings to create focused action plans, clarify priorities, and better integrate work activities throughout the organization. He receives many requests to help redesign roles and structure in order to improve business results. He is a featured speaker at international conferences on the topic of developing Leadership Teams.

Ray manages the development of LAW products and trains instructors worldwide. He has worked with clients in the following industries: Life sciences, Bio-technology, High Technology, Healthcare, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Government, Education, Utilities.

Previously, Ray was President of The Burch Group, where he had more than 100 consulting and training assignments for business, government (foreign and domestic), military, and education. Ray was Director of Marketing for global educational network systems to deliver graduate programs. He authored the MA degree in Human Resources Management that was the predominant program for one of the participating universities.

Ray is active in professional associations and served as president of the Orange County Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He has held faculty assignments with the University of Brasilia, Pepperdine University, and Coastline Community College in the field of applied behavioral science.

Ray has a BA in History from U.C. Santa Barbara; an MA in Management from Pepperdine University; and a MA in Sociology from the University of North Colorado.
