Silvana is Manager of Survey Services at Louis Allen Worldwide. Silvana specializes in implementing organizational surveys of all types, especially employee engagement surveys and 360 degree surveys. Silvana has extensive experience consulting to global clients throughout the survey project lifecycle, from design to reporting.
She is responsible for managing all data and reporting and works closely with our survey design and development team to ensure the highest quality surveys and reporting are provided to clients.
Prior to joining LAW, she spent seven years with ISR and Towers Watson managing survey projects in the U.S., Latin America, Canada, Europe, and Asia across a variety of industries including fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, high technology, and utilities.
She graduated from the University of California at Davis, with a B.A. in International Relations and French, and is fluent in Spanish and French.
