Sheryl Axline, PhD — United States

Sheryl Axline is Director of Organization Research and Assessment at Louis Allen Worldwide. Sheryl has 10 years of experience in organizational development, career development, and human resources. She has extensive research experience using quantitative and qualitative methods to facilitate large-scale organizational change and continuous improvement. Her areas of expertise include leadership, team learning, organizational learning, large-scale change, socio-technical systems, and the changing nature of work and careers. Her consulting clients have ranged from Fortune 50 corporations to Internet start-ups.

Prior to joining LAW, Sheryl worked with nonprofits providing end-to-end project management for single day training programs to year-long organizational change initiatives. Previously, in collaboration with an enterprise systems vendor and a professional association of CIOs, she conducted research on human learning, technology, and process change in approximately 50 organizations in North America and Europe. Prior to consulting, she oversaw career counseling, coaching, and learning programs for a diverse population of 2,000 graduate students.

Sheryl has consulted in the US, Canada, and Europe in the following industries: High Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Higher Education, Nonprofit.

Sheryl holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Claremont Graduate University's School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences; an MBA from Claremont Graduate University's Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management; and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles.
